NOGO ("we," "our," or "the app") is a habit tracking application. We believe your personal data belongs to you. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.
Your habit data stays on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your habits, streaks, resets, withdrawal logs, or goals. We collect minimal, anonymous analytics to improve the app and process purchases through Apple's infrastructure.

We do not collect, store, or have access to:
Your name, email address (Apple's Sign in with Apple can hide your real email), phone number, location, contacts, photos, health data, browsing history, or any of your habit tracking data (streaks, resets, withdrawal logs, goals, or custom trackers).
All habit tracking data — including your trackers, streaks, resets, withdrawal logs, and goals — is stored locally on your device. If you sign in with your Apple ID, your data may also sync to your private iCloud account to enable access across your Apple devices. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. We never see, access, or store this data on our own servers.
We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics. TelemetryDeck is a privacy-first analytics provider based in the European Union. It does not use cookies, does not track individual users across apps or websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Analytics data is used solely to understand general usage patterns and improve the app. TelemetryDeck is fully GDPR compliant.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes transaction data provided by Apple's App Store. This includes an anonymous app user ID and purchase/subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or Apple ID. Their privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you choose to sign in, we use Apple's Sign in with Apple service. Apple allows you to hide your real email address by generating a private relay address. We do not require your real email. Authentication is handled entirely by Apple. We receive only an anonymous, app-specific user identifier to enable iCloud sync functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above (TelemetryDeck, RevenueCat, Apple) to the extent necessary to operate the app.
NOGO does not display advertisements and does not use any advertising tracking frameworks.
NOGO is rated 12+ due to references to alcohol and tobacco as trackable habit categories. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing of your data; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.
Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts on our servers, most of your data is already under your direct control on your device and iCloud account. To exercise any of these rights or make a data-related request, contact us at privacy@getnogo.app.

Anonymous analytics data is retained by TelemetryDeck according to their retention policies. Purchase data is retained by RevenueCat and Apple as necessary to manage your subscription. On-device and iCloud data is retained until you delete it. Uninstalling the app removes local data. iCloud data can be managed through your Apple ID settings.
We use industry-standard practices to protect the limited data we process. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. On-device data benefits from your device's built-in encryption. iCloud data is protected by Apple's security infrastructure.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
